Mägi Magdalena x Fromm Winery

Imagine being a black cat in the dark, but at least you have a black de noir. 

Together with the Fromm Winery, we have created our own Blanc de Noir made from 100% Pinot Noir. From the initial work in the vineyard to bottling, our sommelier Benny Müller personally oversaw the project.

In the glass, the wine glows with a delicate cherry-pink hue. On the palate, it impresses with depth, length, and a lively freshness that perfectly balances its powerful structure. On the nose, aromas of juicy wild berries, apricot, and fresh rhubarb unfold.

Fermentation took place in used Merlot barriques, after which the wine aged for eight months in former Chardonnay barriques. The result is a characterful Blanc de Noir that combines elegance, complexity, and a distinctive style.
